Biography

Abagail grew up in northeast Minnesota, graduating from the University of Minnesota-Duluth.  She worked in the banking industry, taught French and English to native Spanish speakers in Mexico, and had a brief stint as a claims adjuster before continuing her education at Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana.
 
While in law school, she interned in the St. Croix County, Wisconsin's District Attorney's Office and a battered women's center.  She also worked with the Tulane Criminal Litigation Clinic as a student attorney representing defendants charged with manslaughter and homicide offenses in the Orleans Parish Criminal Court.  After receiving her law degree, Abagail returned to northeast Minnesota.  She worked for over a decade as a Judicial Law Clerk to Judges John T. Oswald and Eric L. Hylden.  After working as an associate attorney at a small general practice law firm, she opened her own practice in 2019.
